Terms and Conditions of Rental and Stay

The following terms and conditions have been prepared to ensure all Guests a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay. By making a reservation, you accept these terms.

1. Reservation and Payment

The lessor of the property is Talem Technologies sp. z o.o., registered in Bydgoszcz (85-052), ul. Cieszkowskiego 22/U1. Tax ID (NIP): 9671241356. Contact details: domki@lasbialas.pl

• Reservations can be made via the website lasbialas.pl or by email: domki@lasbialas.pl.
• A reservation becomes binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by email by the Lessor, and after payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price for bookings exceeding 1500 PLN, or 450 PLN for bookings up to 1500 PLN. Information on available payment methods for the deposit will be provided in the confirmation email.
• The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email. Failure to make the payment within this time will result in cancellation of the reservation. The deposit is applied towards the total price.
• Reservations during holiday periods, long weekends, and summer holidays may require a deposit of 40–50% or full prepayment for bookings made less than 7 days before arrival.
• The remaining balance is payable on site upon arrival: in cash, by bank transfer, or via BLIK, using the details provided in the confirmation email.
• If you require a VAT invoice, please provide your details during the reservation process or send them to domki@lasbialas.pl.

2. Cancellation and Change of Date

• In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days does not apply to agreements for accommodation services provided on a specific date or for a specific period.
• Regardless of the above, the Lessor allows Guests to cancel their reservation free of charge at least 14 days before the planned arrival. In such cases, the deposit is not forfeited and can be used towards a future booking at another agreed date.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the planned arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit in favor of the Lessor.
• Changing the reservation date is possible subject to availability and requires confirmation by the Lessor.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• The stay begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged individually.

4. Responsibility, Safety, and Restrictions

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their accompanying persons.
• Smoking of cigarettes and e-cigarettes inside the cottages is strictly prohibited.
• For safety reasons and to ensure proper functioning of the electrical installation, it is forbidden to install and use personal electrical devices such as heaters, electric grills, mushroom dryers, or other equipment that may exceed the allowed load, without prior notification and consent.
• Due to the nature of the facility and organizational reasons, pets are not accepted. Please take this into account when planning your stay.
• Barbecuing is only permitted in the designated area. After grilling, please allow the embers to cool down naturally - do not pour water on them. Once completely cooled, please remove the ashes to the designated container and clean the grill grate and firebox using the cleaning accessories provided on site.

5. Quiet Hours and Conduct

• Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00.
• Peaceful and respectful gatherings among guests are permitted.
• Loud parties or disturbing the peace of other guests are strictly prohibited.

6. Sauna and Jacuzzi

• Guests are welcome to use the sauna free of charge.
• Each sauna visit must be reserved in advance (at least 2 hours before planned use) to allow proper preparation of the sauna. Reservation ensures exclusive use during the reserved time.
• Use of the jacuzzi is optional and subject to an additional fee, according to the price list provided on lasbialas.pl.
• Renting the jacuzzi for the duration of your stay entitles you to unlimited, exclusive use at any time of the day.
• Detailed instructions and rules for using the sauna and jacuzzi are available on site in each cottage. Please read them before use.
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in loss of the right to use these facilities.
• Use of the facilities is at your own risk.

7. Bicycles and SUP Boards

• Bicycles and SUP boards (available from May to October) are available to Guests free of charge, without prior reservation.
• After use, they must be returned to their designated place.

8. Personal Data

The controller of personal data is Talem Technologies sp. z o.o., based in Bydgoszcz. Details are available in the GDPR Information.

9. Final Provisions

Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions available at lasbialas.pl/regulamin.html.
